 The same person may fill multiple roles.
 The Course Owner and Subject Matter Expert will be very involved in the eLearning development process. They will
be required to meet with the CTS Lead, review content, and provide feedback. The Course Owner will also provide
approvals on various documents. Time requirements will vary but the people assigned to these roles should be
prepared to spend a few hours a week on the project.
