Tim Berres – President

Tim holds a B.S. degree in Sports Management from Greenville College and a Master’s
Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. He is currently
employed by Facchina Construction where he works at the Pentagon as a Risk Manager/Safety
Officer. Tim enjoys working with diverse people, is extremely organized, and his No. 1 priority
for the HOA is the get the participation of every homeowner in Jamestowne. Tim believes that
an HOA can merely exist, but it takes every homeowner’s involvement to make it something
special. He has been married for 14 years to Cindy and is the father of two girls, Hannah (aged
8) and Madalyn (aged 5).
Frank Padilla - Vice President

Frank and his wife Kat moved to Jamestowne in February 2002 from Naples, Italy. Frank
is an Electronics Technician Chief (E-7) and has served for over 20 years in the U.S. Navy. He is
currently stationed at the Pentagon. Frank plans to remain in the Washington, D.C. area until he
retires from the military in 2006. Frank has chaired and been an active member of numerous
military housing Boards at each command where he was stationed, helping to improve the
quality and standards of housing for all members.
Denise Pierce

Denise is a life long Charles County resident. Prior to moving to Jamestowne, she lived
in St. Charles since 1976 and is a graduate of La Plata High School. She is married to Dave and
together, they have five children (ages 16, 15, 13, 11 and 2). Denise is a Settlement Officer and
Office Manager at Title Professionals, Ltd. in La Plata where she has worked for the past 10
years. Denise is has been an active parent member of the St. Charles Bears for the past five
years. She is also the Secretary of the Board for the Charles County Crime Solvers, where she
has been a member since 1999.
Symone Walker

Symone is a Department of Justice attorney who is licensed to practice law in MD and
DC. She received a B.A. degree in Psychology from George Mason University, a Juris Doctorate
degree from The American University Law School, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in
Litigation and Dispute Resolution from The George Washington University Law School.
Symone strongly believes in giving back to her community and currently serves on the Board of
Directors for the Center for Children, a non-profit mental health clinic dedicated to providing
therapeutic services to children and their families. She also serves as a county election judge.
Symone is married to Bruce and both are active members of the New Chapel Baptist Church in
Camp Springs.

Harold is a Senior Master Sergeant with the Air National Guard (ANG) Headquarters in
Arlington, VA. He has over 20 years of military service working in several positions within
Department of Defense (DoD), US Air Force (USAF) and ANG. He is currently Chief of
Information Technologies and manages several IT programs that provide support to operations
that service our troops around the world. He is in the Board of Directors of several DoD, USAF
and ANG boards that spearhead the development and implementation of new military and
civilian technology programs for the future. He is active with several non-profit organizations
providing IT support and equipment to enhance the services they provide the community. He is
married to Yasmin and the father of a boy Jean Luc (aged 4) and girl Yanelle (aged 3).

Kim is a Certified Public Accountant. She received her B.S. degree in Business
Administration with a concentration in accounting from Western Carolina University where she
graduated Magna Cum Laude, and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor
Society. Kim’s professional experience includes working as a Senior Auditor for Lutz &
Company, P.C. and as a Staff Accountant for Quick and McFarlin, P.C. both in Omaha, NE.
Wade Beswick – Secretary

Wade is a life long Charles County resident. He has been married to Kelly since 1999 and
they have a son, Luke (15 months old). Wade is currently a project manager for Wildes-Spirit
Design & Printing in White Plains and has more than ten years of printing experience,
specifically digital output. Wade is also an avid amateur photographer.
