Extensive relationships with industry stakeholders. Manage projects; Business Development; industry liaison; revenue generation through FFS projects (minimum $250,000 per annum). Provide a one point contact for the team and coordinate revenue generation activities across the various disciplines and campuses. AQTF Requirements Cert IV TAA or equivalent Relevant Automotive qualifications: Planning preparing, conducting and assessing Automotive skills. Training, assessment and facilitation of students across qualification levels. Information Technology Context relevant to position i.e. software packages, operating systems, e-Learning platform Current knowledge in technology and learning management platforms for students relevant to Automotive programs. Technical Skills Specific skills Current Automotive technical skills. Implement flexible delivery methodologies. Develop relevant teaching and learning materials and strategies for the Automotive program. Provide leadership in technical skills. Standardise processes and procedures between Croydon and Elizabeth campuses. Provide curriculum leadership to coordinate the implementation of the new training package across the 8 distinct disciplines and two campuses. Knowledge Specific knowledge Current Automotive knowledge. Current knowledge in teaching and training. Implementation of the new training package AUR12 in 2013 -2014 across Auto Mechanical, Auto Electrical, Paint, Panel, Outdoor Marine, Outdoor Power, Parts & Interpreting and Motorcycles. Consistent processes and procedures established across the entire program. Contemporary Inclusive Teaching Methodologies Demonstrate ability to work with all client age groups. High level communication skills. Significant experience as an Automotive facilitator and leader. Leadership and oversight of the impending relocation. Research and analysis of new and innovative teaching methodologies for the current location and the new location. Assisting lecturers in the transition. Establish e-learning strategies across all disciplines.
