Departments of Educational Sciences and Chemistry-Biology from North
University of Baia Mare – Romania intend to establish a network under the
CEEPUS (Central European Exchange Program for University Studies) in the
field of:
Environment interdisciplinary studies and environmental psychology for
improvment of life quality and developing of pro-ecological manner of life.
Partners with expertise in the next fields are seeking:
- studying and monitoring of soil quality
- studying and monitoring of water quality
- alelopathye biochemical studies for identifying of some natural
substances as alternative for pesticides
- designing, organizing and rehabilitation of degraded lands for
biodiversity conservation and reabilitation
- studies concerning the impact of pollutent agents on population health
- assessment of population’s knowledge level and atitudes about
aggressive potential of environmental pollutants
- designing of an educational frame able to integrate the ecological
knowledge and sanogenic style of life
