Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 as regards the possibility for the Member States to restrict
or prohibit the use of genetically modified food and feed on their territory

It was agreed that this proposal warrants further scrutiny.
It was also agreed that the Committee send a political contribution on the proposal
to the Commission outlining its views.
