We warmly welcome you to Jireh Church. If this is your

Please join us in the Fellowship Hall following worship
for a time of fellowship.
Welcome Rev. David Mannon from International
Students Inc. David is the director of ISI’s chapter at
Rutgers University, International Friends @ Rutgers
(IFAR). Jireh Church has a partnership with IFAR and we
are blessed to have David share God’s Word with us this
morning. David will be sharing at the Adult Sunday
School at 11:15am. Please be sure to join us for today’s
session.
Pastoral Candidate Visit May 2 through May 4 (Fri-Sat).
The Pastoral Search Committee will be inviting Rev.
Pang Wang to visit Jireh Church. Please pray that God
will reveal his will to us in this process. Rev. Wang will
visit fellowships and gatherings at church on Friday, May
2. On Saturday, May 3, from 5:30-7:30pm, he will meet
with the Chinese fellowships (English members are
invited to attend, but note the meetings will be in
Chinese only). On Sunday, May 4, Rev. Wang will meet
the English congregation at 9:30am, and preach in the
Chinese worship at 11am.
Vacation Bible School preparation has begun! The
theme for this year’s VBS is Wilderness
Escape, we will journey with Moses to
learn how God guides and
provides. The sessions will be
from June 30 to July 3, and June
7-11, with VBS Sunday on July 13th.
The first training date will be May 4 at
1PM. Student registrations will begin in May. We are still
in need of teachers, counselors, and other helpers.
Please see Pastor Ben or Annie Chin if you are
interested.
Jireh and Monmouth Medical Center will host a
medical workshop at Jireh on Saturday, May 10 from
9:30am to 12:30pm. Free lunch is provided afterwards.
The Topic : INTRODUCTION TO COLON HEALTH AND
COLON CANCER PREVENTION. The workshop will be
conducted in : English with Mandarin translation.
Whoever participates must register today. Please fill
out the form at the service desk by the fellowship hall.
