sponsorships, advisements, intellectual and other copyright services).

D. Purpose of the change:
Regulatory: The change of access to public information law (ZDIJZ-E) in 10.a article, fourth
line declares that The Public Administration Office of the Republic of Slovenia (UJP) shall
publish payment public information if the case is service payments (donations, sponsorships
and advisements, intellectual and other copyright services).
Fourth line of 10.a article of ZDIJZ-E:
» - if the purpose code reveals that payment is about donation, sponsorship, advisory,
intellectual and other copyright services and the recipient is physical person, then name
and address of recipient from payment is published.«

Temporary article of ZDIJZ-E declares that the fourth line of 10.a article comes in use after
the purpose code for donation, sponsorship, advisory, intellectual and other copyright
services is confirmed by European Payments Council (EPC).

F. Business examples:
Public authority pays donation to physical person on account that is not a part of business
register of Slovenia. Name and address of recipient is not published unless purpose code
indicates that payment is the case of service payments (donations, sponsorships and
advisements, intellectual and other copyright services).
