Advanced Cardiac Life Support
Objectives: The ACLS Provider Course is designed to teach lifesaving skills required to be both a
team member and a team leader. After completing this program participants will be able to:
 State the rationale for essential therapeutic modalities
 Identify life threatening dysrhythmias and implement current treatment modalities as
defined by the American Heart Association
 Demonstrate safe and effective use of airway adjuncts and techniques
 Perform as a team leader in a simulated Code Blue situation
To become certified and pass this course, you must come prepared!
A copy of current BLS card must be submitted to CCHC prior to attending course.
Pretest must be completed & submitted to CCHC prior to attending course.
Pre-course materials and textbook will be provided with completed registration and receipt of payment/deposit.
Cloud County Health Center is approved as a provider of continuing education by the Kansas State Board of Nursing. This course
offering approved for 6 Contact Hours applicable for RN, LPN, or LMHT relicensure. Kansas State Board of Nursing provider number:
