Where possible I will arrive about one hour before the scheduled time to visit with the
Commanders and Recorders to inspect the Commandery books. Following that, I will meet with the Junior Warden, Prelate and designee for the remaining attributes so they can recite their parts should they choose to do so at that time. Please inform me of any special arrangements that I need to be aware of, and whether or not a meal will be served prior to the visit so that I can make my plans accordingly.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me by phone at (210) 414-0052, or email at n7080f@sbcglobal.net. If I am not available when you call, please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible.
Sincerely and fraternally,
Jack M. Harper II
