“Baptismal Certificate” as a Re-Berthing and Purging document. I am, the One Born (Baptism by
Blood, the symbol is the Cross) on the 2nd of March 1949 and my Inheritance Title was
Recorded in the Mahaska County, Iowa; Birthing Land Records on the 9th of March 1949; per
Book 11 and page 326. and my Roman People - Citizen in Christ Rite “Certificate of Baptism”
(Baptism by Water, the symbol is the Fish) on the 13th of March 1949, per a Roman Fish and
Cross and the under a Cross Seal. Therefore, I am here and now standing as one of the
American/Roman People, because only a living people can receive both Baptisms were as
contractual persons cannot; as an “Ius Gentium” a Roman People - Citizen in Christ, and I am
claiming my entitled inheritance and earthly estates. I am by my hand placing my original Written
Title, my Living Land Boundary Marks and under my Seal; to Ratify my Sole Ownership of my

Lien.
I have Self-Created; my following Protectionary and Estoppel by Deed persons under my

Entitlement Assets by the UNITED STATES and STATE OF - Governmental Fidelity and

Companies for their part in their False and Deceptive Fidelity “Letters of Credit” Collateral
estoppels: IF they restore to me, all of my entitled Estates, Rights, Powers and Assets. Or they
