Ophardt Courses for Competition Managers and
Clubadministrators
in connection to Hellerup Open May 23.rd. and 24.th. 2015
Dear Fencing Clubs,
In connection to the children and youth competition "Hellerup Open" (Pentecost
2015) Sonja Lange from Ophardt Team (Germany) will come and teach you about
Software og Ophardt Online Meldesystem. Teaching language will be English.
A: Competition Manager Course (beginners / basics) About Ophardt Software Saturday 23.05. 12-17 (the day before HFK-Open):
Theoretical and practical introduction to Ophardt Software and training in setting up the Ophardt
Software for the running of a competition. Basic course for beginners.
Bring your own laptop.
B: Competition Manager Course (experienced users). About the NEW Software Saturday 23.05. 18.00-20.00 (the day before HFK-Open):
On this small course experienced Ophardt-managers can get more knowledge about the new
Ophardt Software, which will be implemented in Spring 2015.
Participants from Course A are also welcome.
The course will consist of: 1 hour with learning points about the new software and
1 hour set aside for questions regarding the software - new as well as old. Feel free
to send your questions beforehand. See below under "Entry form".

C: Clubadministrator course. About Ophardt Online Meldesystem Sunday 24.05. 11-13 (during HFK-Open):
On this brief course, clubadministrators, who are responsible for signing up members for
competitions, can be introduced to the "Ophardt Online Meldesystem" and try it out.
1) Creating fencers/referees in Ophardt 2) Administration of fencers/referees 3) Registration of
fencers/referees to competitions 4) Creation of competitions/events/uploading results 5) Practical
advice and other things.
Bring your own laptop - and a list of your club members (then you can try to create your fencers in
the system)
Participants from courses "A" and "B" are also welcome to join course "C" - see entry form below.
Venue: Hellerup Fægte-Klub, Strandparksvej 46, DK 2900 Hellerup, Denmark - classroom in the
sailing club at first floor.
We will meet in the fencing club and go to the nearby classroom.
Fee: 20 Euros / 150 Dkr. Unified prize which allows you to participate in all 3 courses. Payment on
the day of the courses.

Accommodation:
a) On the floor of the fencing hall. Bring sleeping bag and sleeping pad. No charge.
b) Simple bedrooms in the sailing club with linen and towels (same building) - no meals included:
First night app. 400 Dkr. - second night app. 200 Dkr.
