FABRICS We offer a host of fabrics from vinyl coated polyester fabrics to rich textures and colors offered by special outdoor acrylic fabrics for cushions and parasols. The available palate of fabrics will suit any decor. FABRIC DESCRIPTIONS WOVEN VINYL FABRICS Woven Vinyl Fabrics are made from Weather Weave, an open weave, vinylcoated, polyester fiber fabric. Weather Weave is similar to the material used in tire cord, bonded so it will not unravel if cut. Especially designed for outdoor use, Weather Weave dries quickly and can be left out in any kind of weather. Ultraviolet stabilisers have been added to inhibit fading, deterioration and mildew. Acrylic fabrics are recommended for both indoor and outdoor use. Acrylics are the most durable outdoor fabrics because of their UV fastness and their ease of cleaning. NB: Some suntan and sun block products may be harmful to cushions. Do not allow such products to come in contact with any seating surfaces to avoid deep penetrating stains, which are not covered under warranty. HOW TO CLEAN FABRICS Our outdoor fabrics were designed to endure years of sun, soil and moisture. Light stains can be removed with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinsed with clear water and dried thoroughly. Mildew and heavy stains can be removed with quality commercial outdoor furniture cleaner. Note: Do not dry clean or use a washing machine or dryer. Do not steam or use water at temperature above 100'F when washing. Note: Be careful to keep the cleaner from contact with the cushions of your furniture, as it will cause discoloration. Do not use bleach on printed acrylic fabrics. Do not use solvent-type materials on woven vinyl, woven blend or ultra woven blend fabrics, as they will damage the yarns. Due to severe weather to which parasols may be subjected, warranty does not apply. FiberBuilt parasols warrants its fiberglass umbrella ribs to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions for a period of three years from the date of original purchase. DELIVERY AND RETURNS Delivery Delivery of the products shall be made by Fairbrass Garden Maintenance Services or his agent notifying the Buyer that the products are available for collection at the Sellers premises or for delivery to such place as the Buyer may specify at the time the order is placed. Fairbrass Garden Maintenance Services shall use his reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence. The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused. For delivery to the Scottish Islands we will deliver to a nominated mainland GB address e.g. a port. Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer. Certain post codes in the UK are excluded from the offer for Free Delivery , these include deliveries to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Isles or Highlands as well as some areas of the Scottish Highlands. Returns Faulty Goods: A seven (7) day money back guarantee exists for faulty products. Evidence of any faults will be needed to be supplied by the customer. This means that a replacement product can be offered or alternatively we will offer a full refund equal to the value of the returned product. It is essential that any faulty product is made available for return in the exact condition in which it was delivered, along with the original packaging or similar. Items which are not adequately packaged at the time of collection may not be collected and a charge of £45 may be levied to cover the cost of failed collection. There will be no collection charges for faulty goods if the preceding conditions are adhered to. Once the faulty product has been successfully returned, a replacement product or a full refund will be arranged as quickly as possible. Non-Faulty Goods: If the customer is dissatisfied with his/her purchase, contact with us must be made within seven days of the original purchase, if he/her wishes to return some or all items from his/her order. The customer can either arrange to return the goods to the supplier at his/her own cost or ask a collection to be made at the cost of £75, which will be deducted from the refund. Goods must be returned to us in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the customer and in the original packaging or similar.
