I, as an entering bull owner, have read and understand the C Lazy A Productions guidelines. I assume all risk and danger incidental to
the nature of bucking bull competitions and release C Lazy A Productions, their host site, title sponsors, host organizations, participating
owners, their animals, and all agents thereof from any and all liabilities resulting from such cases. Entering bull owners also recognize
that the event producer has contracted professionals in the fields of Judging and Veterinary Medicine and the decisions of those
individuals contracted is FINAL. There is NO APPEALS PROCESS. By signing below, I concede to any and all Rules, regulations,
Guidelines, and Disclaimers Printed stated herein. Bull owners must sign the entry form.

All rules, regulations, guidelines, terms, and conditions contained herein are subject to change for the benefit of the event in its entirety
with consent of the event producer. C Lazy A Productions reserves the right to accept or exclude parties on entrance based on the benefit
of the event in its entirety. The above parties and/or their employees do not warrant, expressed or implied, information provided by the
owners in the futurity, and/or the authenticity of animals registered, competing, or sold. The above stated parties and/or their employees
or agents are not responsible and/or liable in any form or fashion for any accident or injury of any nature to any owner, livestock, or any

$50.00 PROGRESSIVE ADDED MONEY

The 2ndAnnual C Lazy A Productions Derby will be for Three year old Bulls, born Between
January 1st, 2008 till December 31st, 2008. Entry fees will be in the amount of $450.00 total
paid by March 5th, 2011. Limit 30 Bulls.
Derby Guidelines are as Follows:
1. The Derby will be limited to 30 Entries on a first come first serve basis Slots are not
guaranteed until the money has been received. Optional Payment Schedule is as
follows: Deposit of $250.00 and complete entry form Due February 5th, 2011.
Remaining $200.00 Payment due March 5th, 2011. Books Open January 1st, 2011.
Books Close March 5th, 2011 or when 30 entries are received.
2. There are no refunds given on Deposits or Entry Fees. In the event a bull is ineligible
to compete for any reason, the owner and/or partnership must replace the bull by the
date specified. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Alternate bulls will be accepted until March 5th, 2011.
4. All futurity bulls must have current Arizona Cattle Health Requirements upon
arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS!!!! THIS IS MANDATORY FOR ALL
BULLS!! IF THE BULLS DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER HEALTH
REQUIREMENTS THEY WILL NOT UNLOAD AND WILL FORFEIT ALL
ENTRY FEES!!!
5. All bulls will be bucked with rider for 8 seconds. (Rider to be supplied by owner or
selected from available event riders)
6. Judging will consist of 6 Judges that will mark the bulls on their performance. The
High and Low marks will be eliminated. Bulls will be scored using five categories:
Buck, Kick, Spin, Degree of Difficulty, and Intensity.
7. All owners must flank their own Bulls.
8. All bulls that place and a reasonable number of alternate bulls, will be mouthed by
attending Event Veterinarian. Any bull mouthed over age will be disqualified and all
money, prizes and entry fees will be forfeited. The Event Veterinarian’s ruling is
FINAL and there is NO APPEALS PROCESS!!
9. All bulls must be housed in pens provided by event management and must be checked
in from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Friday March 18th, 2011. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
THERE WILL BE A $100 FINE TO ANYONE WHO IS NOT CHECKED IN BY
5:00 P.M.! **

10. All DERBY bulls entered must have their horns tipped to the size of a QUARTER. Any
DERBY bull arriving without their horns tipped to the size of a QUARTER, owner and
the bull WILL BE disqualified and forfeit all entry fees. NO BULLS WILL BE
TIPPED AT THE EVENT!!
11. All bulls entered must have a permanent identification number which matches the
identification number on entry form and/or registration papers. Any owner who’s bull
arrives without permanent identification number matching identification number on
registration papers is subject to a fine determined by event management or may be
denied entry and will forfeit all entry fees.
