School Age Intervention Services Specialist school age therapy services are provided for eligible children from the time they commence year one schooling or are in full-time placement at an education support school until the time they cease secondary education. Children and families can only accept a comprehensive school age intervention place and receive services from one Disability Sector Organisation. Eligibility Determination of eligibility for Specialist Disability Professional Services can be made by each of the service providers detailed above. The Commission’s Eligibility Coordination Team is responsible for determining eligibility for disability specialist services on the basis of intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorder.
