2015 Stallion Service Contract
I agree to donate one 2015 breeding service to the Kansas Thoroughbred
Association for the stallion named below. In so doing, it is agreed that
all 2016 Thoroughbred foals sired by this stallion will be eligible for
nomination to the 2018 Kansas Thoroughbred Futurity, which will be
held should Kansas racing resume.

The donated breeding service does not carry a live foal guarantee unless stated below in the “conditions of sale”.
The donated service will be sold for a Thoroughbred mare only unless otherwise stated by the stallion owner.
Stallion services donated with “conditions” such as minimum bid, live foal guarantee, etc., must be sold
according to these conditions as listed by the stallion owner. Stallions whose services do not sell for a minimum
of $300 may be made eligible for the KTA Futurity program by a donation of $300.
