Meeting dinner
Plenary speakers, regular speakers and participants who receive a FEMS grant are required to pay their
registration. Reimbursements (when applied) and the FEMS grants will be given in cash at the meeting site.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received before 30th Jan 2009 will be subject to an administrative charge of 30%. It will not be possible to
offer any refunds on cancellations received after that date. A substitute participant will be welcomed at no extra charge.
All refunds will be issued after the Symposium. Refund requests must be submitted to ismsm@itqb.unl.pt
