All competitors ride at their own risk.
Stallions are excluded from Hack and Riding Classes (other than where stipulated).
Competitors and Exhibitors are advised to be on the grounds early for their events.

Show Weekend Passes of $13.50 per person entitles the holder to admission to the two show days
plus free admission to the Show for the Pass Holder’s children aged 6-16yrs for passes purchased
up until Thursday 13th November.
Weekend Passes purchased after 18th November will be $18 per adult including children 6-16yrs

STABLE BOOKINGS
We have a limited number of covered open stalls available over the Show Weekend
Rental is $4.00 per stall per day.
Days are classified as:
Day 1: Thursday - 4.00pm to Friday 7.00pm
Day 2: Friday - 7.00pm to Saturday 5.00pm
Bookings should be made on the Form below and should stipulate the number of stalls required and the
day(s) on which they are required, as well as the sex of the horse(s) being stabled. e.g. mare ,filly, colt,
stallion, gelding.
PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY BOOKINGS and should be posted to the Show. No stalls will be booked
unless this occurs.
NO phone booking will be accepted.
Stables will be let on a first come first serve basis.
STABLES MUST BE VACATED BY THE TIMES STIPULATED, failure to do so, will result in having the
offending stall holders’ animals and goods removed by an Official of the Bulahdelah Show Society Inc. to
enable the pre-booked stall nominee to take possession.
