Put a wash of Grass Green over fins and tail to mute the black down in the detail in those places. Wetbrush Mustard on sides of fish down into the cream and up into the green, within one inch of

the fins on the back. Wetbrush Flaxon Yellow down over mustard onto the sides a little further, and up into the black, slightly.

3/4" into yellow, also, down head to tip of nose. Wetbrush Premier Gold over yellow areas on side of fish, bringing gold up into black every inch or so, just faintly, so there are faint markings of gold going into black on back, to within 1/2" of the fins down the back of the fish. Also, a little Premier Gold in center of cheeks and gills. Paint inside of mouth with

Black. When black is dry, paint over it with a coat or two of Pearl It, until it looks even. Wetbrush tail and fins heavy with Cream, also on edge of gills, blending into the gold in those areas. Make a wash of Cream to mute the color over the saw tooth fin on back. Put a wash of Toast on base of fins and tail next to body. Wetbrush bottom edges of tail and fins on belly White. Paint whole eye with Premier Gold. Then put a thin coat of Pearl It over the gold. Paint a large pupil with Black mixed 50-50 with Pearl It.
