MATERIALS AND METHODS Dicer processing of the bipartite pRNA/siRNA complex The procedure for in vitro Dicer processing assay has been reported previously(23). The 5’-end [32P] labeled bipartite pRNA/siRNA chimera or the intact pRNA/siRNA chimera was treated with the recombinant Dicer (Genlantis/Gene Therapy Systems, San Diego, CA) and separated by 16% Urea/PAGE gel for subsequent autoradiography. 1 Reference List 1.
