Dear Councilmember Bonin:
This will advise that at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Venice
Neighborhood Council’s (VNC) Board of Officers on April 21, it was moved and
passed by the Venice Neighborhood Council as follows:
AMENDED MOTION:
The VNC Board recommends that land use and planning-related
recommendations shall be disclosed in all City determinations in a
"standing" section of City Staff Reports and City Determinations called
"Neighborhood Council Recommendations." Along with those
recommendations, an explanation to be provided by the City decision
maker if the NC recommendations are NOT followed.
ACTION: Motion to Amend made by Marc Saltzberg, seconded by Robin Rudisill.
Motion approved 13-0-2.
ACTION: Motion to Approve Amended Motion made by Robin Rudisill, seconded
by Jed Pauker. Motion approved 13-0-2.
