Involved in the setup of laboratory from the scratch. Supported commissioning activities, Implemented
LIMS, and Product Specification Management. Contract Management pertaining to laboratories. Currently
managing a team of 6 Assistant Managers and 20 Laboratory Technicians.
Responsibilities:
Managing all activities of the Day, Shift, Water, Crude Oil, Petroleum products testing laboratories..
Co-ordinating with senior Operation and Production Planning staff and Process and Inspection Engineers
for analysis schedules of on-stream samples, unscheduled samples, quality control, test runs, shutdown,
and startup.

-Provides guidelines for the preparations of special blends needed for various product studies. Defines
testing requirements work for plant expansion such Aromatic Projects & Green Diesel Projects.

Training the Laboratory personnel on the operation of sophisticated computerized laboratory analyzers

Worked as Dy. Manager (QC lab). From Dec 2004 to June 2009.
Involved in the setup of Iron Ore, Blast Furnace, Sinter and coke oven laboratory from scratch.
Setup the laboratory from the scratch and involved in the installation of modern equipments. Managed a
team of 25 laboratory chemists.
