After a few minutes, have one student from each group go to the board and write one symbol. After, discuss why they are symbols and what do they mean. Finally, ask if they know any symbols of teachers country. Are there any similarities? Observations Make a list on the board with any, every and some the headers. Complete the lists with nouns that can fit into each group. These words always take a singular verb and pronoun. Then, create a classwide list about pet peeves.
