XEROX PHASER™ 4400 SETS THE HIGHEST STANDARD
FOR BLACK AND WHITE PRINT SPEED AT 25 PAGES PER MINUTE
4 September 2002 – Bourne End, UK: Xerox advances the speed of A4 size black-and-white printing
with the Phaser 4400, the follow-on to the award-winning DocuPrint N2125. The Phaser 4400 is faster than
any other monochrome printer in its class combining true 1200 dpi quality with full speed at 25 ppm. In
addition, Adobe Postscript 3 provides outstanding image quality whilst a 266 MHz processor reduces waiting
time with a first page out time of 11-seconds. The Phaser 4400 offers a standard input of 550 sheets,
excellent paper handling on different types of media and weights, from 64 to 216 gsm, and from A6 to A4,
with everything in between. The Phaser 4400 is ideal for small to medium sized businesses.
