storeys Posche Shown Room building (40m high) at Leng Kee road. I implemented all
the safety requirements for working at height and ensure we were in compliance with
local laws. At Dynamac Engineering Services Pte Ltd, I was the safety personnel in
charge of construction of Keppel Fels Jack up rig (Arrow head), and MODEC OSX3
FPSO. These modules stretched up to 30m high and I had to ensure all safety control
measures were duly implemented before allowing our guys to work at height. At Audex
I was the safety in charge of construction of 12 nos. of storage tanks (averaging 22m
high) at Vopak Chang Chun Project, 51 Banyan Ave Jurong Island. We implemented
all required safety control measures such as personal fall arrestor, hard barricades,
horizontal and vertical lifelines etc; and were in compliance with the WSH Act and
regulations.
As I have adhered to all the required safety measures for working at height, I was
fortunate that we did not encounter any fall from height incident.

Confined Space
Act as confined space assessor when working in the construction Industry.
From 29 March
2009 to current
At Wing Tuck Engineering Pte Ltd, I was the confined space assessor for the
construction of underground columns and walls when building the Posche
showroom’s basement. I ensure that we were in compliance with all the rules
and regulations under WSH Act and the WSH (confined Space) regulations;
and also implemented all the necessary control measures so that my guys
could work safely in the confined space and completed the project.
At Audex I was also the confined space assessor when constructing the 12nos Vopak
Chang Chun Oil and gas storage tanks. As mentioned I had ensure that all safety
control measures such as gas checks, man-hole attendance, and all other safety control
measures were implemented.
As I was stringent in ensuring that all safety control measures were implemented and
in compliance with local laws, I did not encounter any incident when our guys worked
in the confined space.
