PRESS RELEASE July 25th 2003 STEALTH MINERALS LIMITED (TSXV: SML) PROSPECTING UPDATE The Company has a nine member prospecting team in camp. Prospecting and rock breaking has been conducted in three specific areas and some promising new discoveries have been identified. The prospecting has generated several tonnes of samples including rock, stream sediment and clay alteration. As noted, the Company has a PIMA infrared spectrometer in camp, which allows accurate and timely identification of important clay minerals. Management believes that this team of experienced prospectors is among the best ever assembled in Canada. 10K Prospect An important new discovery, called the 10K Prospect was found on July 6th. Preliminary assays from 13 character samples over the 200-metres by 200-metres discovery area were reported on July 16th. Assays from these samples were encouraging and the Company commenced a large-scale trenching program. This work has revealed mineralization over an area of 775 metres by 550 metres and the zone is open in all directions. The company has completed four trenches for a total of 750 metres. All trenches have been chip sampled and are in for assay. More trenching is planned. Electrum Prospecting around the Electrum gold silver showing has revealed two new zones. Three samples from an outcrop 1.4 kilometres northeast of the known showing assayed 8.6 g/t silver and 7.27 g/t gold, 187 g/t silver, 80.8 g/t gold and 48 g/t silver 1.42 g/t gold. In an area 300 metres east of a recent drill hole on the Electrum prospect, an outcrop sample contained visible gold. More prospecting, sampling and possibly trenching will be conducted in this area. VIP and Firesteel The area to the west of Trench #3 is covered with heavy overburden and swamps. Virtually no outcrop occurs. The planned airborne survey will assist in identifying buried targets in this area. JC and Related Areas The company’s first fly camps were in the JC area, which is considered the Toodoggone frontier. Large areas of alteration were encountered including barite, quartz and alunite. PIMA analysis has confirmed the existence of favorable alteration minerals, such as alunite, pyrophyllite and illite that are commonly associated with high-sulphidation intrusion-related epithermal gold deposits. Rock samples from outcrop are in for assay. Nub Mountain and Nub West Company prospectors have discovered quartz veins within favorable alteration zones. Samples are in camp for clay mineral analysis and rock samples are in transit to Vancouver. GSC Multi-Array Airborne Survey This low-level airborne survey is expected to get underway August 15th. The data are expected to pinpoint important structural features and alteration zones for detailed follow-up by ground based prospecting. Acme Analytical of Vancouver is conducting all assaying. The exploration program is under the direction of David Blann, P. Eng., a Qualified Person and a director of the Company. The Company has contracted with consulting geologists Dr. Ken Dawson of Terra Geological, Dr. Tom Richards of TR Prospecting and Ms. Anne Thomson of PetraScience Consultants. The Company believes that the Toodoggone Project in north central BC has the potential to host important gold, silver and base metal resources. The Company is conducting a $3.2 million exploration program that will assess several known prospects and is expected to generate several more prospects. The Company has an option to earn a 100% interest in the Toodoggone Project, which is a contiguous 480 square kilometre land package in a highly prospective geological setting.
