Free Being Me Member Organization Action Plan Purpose: To create a work plan for the delivery of Free Being Me programme in your MO. Directions: 1. Use this form as a template. Develop a work plan for each objective. 2. Modify the form as needed. 3. Share this Action Plan with everyone involved. 4. Keep the plan up to date bring to national planning meetings. You may decide to develop new Action Plans as the project goes on.
