You are also requested to attend the office of the under signed along with a non – judicial
stamp paper worth Rs.50/- (Rs. Fifty only) to complete the formal agreement within seven days
from the date of issue of this letter failing which the award of work shall / likely to be withdrawn
and the entire amount of your earnest money shall be forfeited.
You are requested to contact AE-II / Electrical Division -7 and start the work at once.
Please note that the time allowed for carrying out the work as entered in the agreement shall be
reckoned from the 10th day after the date of issue of this letter to commence the work.
Your negotiated letter dt. 26.04,.2011 and this office letter dated 04.05.2011 shall be part
of the agreement.
