Structure
Modular system, complete, made of CNS, 1.4301. Width can be mounted as desired, possible corner construction, fitting without tools. Materials, hygiene and construction in accordance with DIN 18868-2.
Design details
Uprights made of two rectangular tubes, CNS 1.4301, 25 x 25 mm, grouted with 3 stabilizing transverse low profiles, 50 x 2 mm. Welded round bolts, Ø 7 mm, height grid 150 mm, as support points. Hygienic seal with height-adjustable screw feet, adjustment range 25 mm, upper end caps made of plastic. Permanent use of the shelves at exposure-critical limits in the temperature range from -
40 °C to +60 °C is possible. A low profile cross stay 25 x 1.5 mm, for all support widths, with mounting hardware.
Supports
Easy to clean, height adjustment without tools. Maximum shelf load depends on the support width, longitudinally bevelled by 40 mm, on the front by 30 mm, folded to the inside.
Metal grates
Metal grates made of 0.8 mm thick sheet metal, deep-pressed slots 32 mm wide, spaced 50 mm.
Solid supports
600 to 1000 mm width supports made of 0.8 mm thick sheet, from 1200 mm width 1.0 mm.
Wire shelves
Wire shelves of 3.5 mm thick wire, spacing 25 mm, with reinforcing underbeams. Lateral angle profiles 35 x 10 x 3.0 mm, firmly welded to the transverse wires.
