This leaflet is about our Psychological Therapies Service, and to let you know how to arrange your first appointment. What is the Lambeth Psychological Therapies Service? Lambeth Psychological Therapies is a NHS Service that works with adults who have common psychological problems including depression, stress, anxiety and phobias. You would have sessions with clinical staff with specialist training and experience. We offer a range of psychological help and support, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). We also offer advice and support around employment, solving work related problems and finding work. You can use our service if you live in Lambeth or are registered with a Lambeth GP.
