North Norfolk and Broadland
Open Studios Taster Exhibition 2014
1 – 17 May, The Atrium
The Atrium is providing the chance for all Open Studios artists within the North Norfolk and Broadland
areas to take part in the taster exhibition. Last year’s event proved very popular, establishing a lot of
interest for visiting the Open Studios and also buying work during the taster exhibition.
We are also looking for artists to help with the hanging of work and promotion amongst the relevant
networks. Please call us on 01692 400080 if you are interested.
The Atrium in North Walsham can boast a light, airy gallery space. Most of the gallery is naturally lit
from its vast glazed walls. The Atrium is North Norfolk’s new arts centre, which also houses a 200
seat theatre and cinema, as well as workshop spaces and a dance studio.
All mediums of work are accepted. Since The Atrium is also used a variety of programmes, including
business meetings and family events, work cannot be of a questionable or explicit sexual or violent
nature. Artists must fill in the form and email images of work for submission. Maximum of 3 works per
artist (we do not guarantee all 3 works will be displayed). All work must be clearly labelled on the back
with artist name, work title, price and medium. For sales, The Atrium will take a commission rate of
20%.
