Commission for the Accreditation of Hospitals (JCAHO). Oversaw quality control processes for the lab:

invitation to serve on overall hospital Quality Assurance Committee.

Co-directed several laboratories including Damon satellite facility in Stockton, East Bay Hospital in Richmond
and multi physician group laboratories in the Central Valley. Chaired Blood Utilization Committee and sat on
Patient Care Committee with all other chairs. Oversaw quality control and quality assurance, managed physician
questions, and set up new Damon College of American Pathologists (CAP) certified stand-alone laboratory in
Pleasanton, CA.
