RiskMeter Online Guide – Flood Elevation Report This report gives a basic Flood Zone Determination in addition to elevation information. This is included to help you estimate flood risk based on the height of the property in relation to the nearest flood zone. If a property is IN a flood zone, the report references that zone’s estimated Base Flood Elevation. If a property is OUT of a flood zone, the report references the nearest 100-year flood zone. See below for an explanation of each field. Our Flood Zone Data matches FEMA – whenever FEMA releases a new map panel or Letter of Map Revision (changes without a new map panel), the information is updated in our database. Updates are done monthly by CDS Business Mapping.
