EFFECTS OF OVEREXPOSURE:
INHALATION: Respiratory irritant. Inhalation or generated vapor may produce chemical
pneumonitis, pulmonary edema and delayed scarring of the airway.
SKIN CONTACT: Corrosive to skin. Toxic by skin absorption. Contact of this material with
skin causes irritation and pain and may cause burn, necrosis and permanent injury. Product is readily
absorbed through the skin and may cause nausea, headache and general discomfort.

INCOMPATIBILITY: aldehydes, ketones, active hydrogen containing species, oxidizers, mineral,
acids, bases, silicones, neoprene, paper and N-nitrosoamines. Many of them are known to be potent
carcinogens and may be formed when the product is in contact with nitrous acid, nitrites or atmospheres
with high nitrous oxide concentrations.
HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS: CO, CO2, magnesium oxide, and organic fumes
HAZARDOUS POLYMERIZATION: None
---------------------------------ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION-------------------------------SPILL OR LEAKAGE PROCEDURES: Wearing full protective equipment, eliminate all sources of
ignition. Cover spill with dry sand or vermiculite. Sweep up the mixture and dispose of properly.
