Symposium Themes:
Promote use of modern science and technology in plant nutrition and fertilizers to
improve crop production, soil productivity, environment quality and fertilizer use
efficiency, and to ensure the sustainability of crop production systems by scientific
management of nutrient resources.
Main Topics:
Prestigious experts domestic and abroad will cover these issues in a series of invited
lectures. The organizing committee calls for submission of papers appropriate to these

Participants wishing to give oral or poster presentation are requested to send one page of
A4-size abstract paper with the title, authors and their affiliations to Dr. Chen Fang
(fchen@ipni.net) by June 30th, 2008. The scientific committee will review the abstract,
and the selected papers will be informed by August 1, 2008.

Participants are requested to register before June 1, 2008, by e-mail to
jxkxgjb@yahoo.com.cn. The registration form is enclosed. The conference registration
fee is US$ 300 (student registration: US$ 150). After June, 1st, the registration is also
available to any participants, but the registration fee is US$ 400. This fee will cover
the cost of scientific activities, local transportation, foods at the meeting, materials,
and social events (reception and banquet). On-site registration is available from 8:30 to
20:00 on October 11, 2008 at Jiangxi Hotel, Nanchang ,Jiangxi province.
