6.1 Breakfast costs
Discussion about the costs of the breakfasts. Lindsey Motteram raised concerns that
the cost of hiring barbecues was extremely high and that we were unable to purchase

our own barbecue to alleviate the hiring cost. John Allworth expressed regret that we
had to choose between the high costs of hiring and providing less variety, and
suggested that the Welfare Officer explore potential options for getting around this.
