Hamilton Hackney has significant experience in the areas of environmental law and commercial real
estate. Hamilton represents clients in response cost recovery and property damage actions, permit and

Mr. Radcliffe has over 27 years of combined experience in environmental science and management
consulting. Mike has been engaged in sustainability and climate change consulting for over a decade
and has advised leading international organizations. He has developed international greenhouse gas
(GHG) protocols, conducted and verified GHG and sustainability reports, and advises clients on carbon
