Working Principle KJF series electronic air purifier is composed of metal screen, high-voltage ionizer, dust collecting sector and granular active carbon filtering screen. When airflow passes through the electronic air purifier, most of the heavy particles are trapped by the metal screen while smaller ones are brought to the ionizing zone (where the PWM current-type high-frequency conversion technology can realize a stable output of dc high voltage and therefore a strong electric field) along with the air current where the smaller particles are de-ionized by high voltage, losing its electrons and showing an electro-positive characteristic. Solution Scheme In order to improve the use function and the total cleanliness degree of the refining workshop mentioned above as well as to guarantee the product quality, DPC provides a customized solution according to the specific conditions of the refining workshop, greatly improving the workshop cleanliness degree, and realizing a 300,000 grade cleanliness degree in the area near the refining furnace and a million grade cleanliness degree for the whole workshop. Key of this solution is to adopt its own mature in-door self-circulation electronic air cleaner which is capable of purifying air in circulation, and also an air humidifier which is capable of centrifugally humidifying air with the intention to improve the air purification efficiency. 1. Distribute a number of movable KJFQ800 electronic air cleaners around the job site when cleaning the graphite of the furnace so that the purification of pollutant source can be strengthened especially when the furnace is opened and cleaned. 2. Install a number of movable KJFQ800-1102 wall-mounted electronic air cleaners in the workshop and the height is 1.7~2 m. The wind disposal quantity is 800m³/h for each KJFQ800-1102 electronic air cleaner and the air circulation rate is 8 times per hour which effectively improving the air purification for parts of the workshop. 3. A number of wind-blowing air atomizer are installed on the upper roof workshop at its central axis to accelerate the dust condensation and settling process in the workshop, so that the diffuse path of the dust particles can be controlled. The device adopts siphon-type automatic water feed with stable and reliable working status. The relative humidity of the workshop can be kept within 50%~60% and can excellently control the dust diffusion inside workshop. 4.
