Professional Goals: Secure art instruction, muralist and illustration contract and parttime positions to supplement and complement current responsibilities as primary artist
and proprietor of Fly’n Gypsy Arts. Utilize drawing, painting, printmaking, illustration
and graphic design skills to create one of a kind works of art. Utilize educational skill to
bring the joy of creating and a variety of technical and supply based skills to students of
all ages.

Tasks: Create original fine art, prints, murals, trompe de l’oeil, site specific
installations and graphics. Specialties such as custom framed originals and prints,
traditional and digital prints in limited edition, onsite or installable murals, trompe de
l’oeil, original custom art works and illustrations, signage and graphics. Graphics
include annual and quarterly releases of original greeting cards, three coloring books
now available to order, prints in various format, both digital and traditional printing
techniques.
Management including bookkeeping and accounting, ordering and filling orders,
event planning, advertising and promotion, public relations, exhibit design, screen
and hire performers (music and dance), recruit guest artists, renovate and maintain
studio/gallery space maintain client listings and inventory, and provide exceptional
customer service.
Art instruction in a variety of materials and subjects offered for individuals of all
ages, classes and workshops through a variety of art organizations, studios,
cooperatives, and park districts throughout the greater Chicagoland area. Specialties
include mixed media, collage, printmaking, watercolor, acrylic, oil, and chalk pastel.
