Our PRAA team administers the program, that is: manages contacts with
proprietor and artists, schedules artists, hangs the artwork and arranges artist
payment for sold artwork

Guidelines for PRAA Artist's submitting artwork will vary according to the specific
requirements of each business proprietor. At this time, PRAA has volunteers to
manage one location. Please consider, that more artists will be able to participate
as we co-operatively manage our 'Art Beyond Our Walls' with the business owner,
and our PRAA volunteer team.
For questions or concerns, always contact your PRAA representative, Paula
DelConte, Program Chair and not the Business Proprietor. Consider that exhibits
are in a Business setting, not in a Gallery with a PRAA Docent. PRAA and the
business owner cannot be responsible for any possible damage. Artists are
encouraged to carry their own insurance.
Guidelines for Current 'Art Beyond Our Walls' hanging:
1. All participants must be a PRAA member and apply to hang their work through
the PRAA representative Jeannine Bringman email j9ndesign@yahoo.com
a. Artists who hang in Art Beyond our Walls exhibit are required to be
Docents in the Showroom Gallery during the exhibit.
b. Sign-up for your Docent schedules with Jewel DeMoss, email
jewel.demoss@gmail.com
c. Artists: Kindly bring in artwork and contract when your show opens.
2. Artist's who apply with PRAA will be placed on a list and scheduled in advance.
All artwork must be available for sale and will show for two months.
Please note: artwork is hung according to composition with other artworks in the
show and NOT hung as an individual artist's work.
3. Type of artwork 2D ready to hang artwork only. Limit 4 items per artist.
The hanging requirements are the same as in PRAA Gallery showroom i.e., wire
strung on back of frame with hooks, and adjust wire tension to hang 2 to 3 inches
below the top of the frame.

4. Original artwork only. All Mediums.
5. NO glass is allowed. Plexiglas only for framed artwork. Any artwork with glass in
frames will not be accepted at bring-in.
6. Size and weight limits apply. No more than 30lb and No larger than 48” wide.
Artwork must be 2 dimensional and ready to hang.
7. Artist may provide one 8.5 ” x 11” Biography
8. Artist is responsible for delivery and pick on the designated date and at the
designated time ONLY. There's NO STORAGE available.
