GENERAL REGULATIONS
1.
ENTRIES ON THE DAY ONLY
2.
ENTRY FORMS: all entry forms to filled in completely and clearly with contact details.
3.
COMPLETED ENTRY FORMS: All entry forms must be signed by competitor or
authorised agent.
4.
PROTEST: Any protest must be lodged by a person having interest. Objections must
be in writing and signed and accompanied by a deposit of ten pounds and lodged
with the judge or show secretary on the day of the show.
5.
HATS: Riding hats of current BSI standard PAS015/BSEN1384 British Kitemark.
Must be worn at all times whilst mounted at the show.
6.
DOGS: No dogs allowed on the showground.
7.
COMPETITORS CHEQUES NOT HONOURED BY THE BANK WILL INCUR BANK
CHARGES PLUS 10% ADMINISTRATION CHARGE.
8.
KINGSBARN reserve the right to alter and amend the schedule.
9.
STALLIONS: Any member showing a stallion must be resposible for that horses
behavior and control. Stallions must wear BSJA identification badges at all times
whilst on the showground. Stallions stabled on the showground must pay for a secure
stallion box.
10.
STABLING: All stables must be booked and paid for in advance. There will be NO
Refunds for stabling. Day stables MUST be pre paid, failure to do so will result in
being asked to leave the showground.
11.
PRIZES: Rule 76. (6) will apply to all competitions.
