Presently working as a Forecasting and Scheduling Analyst(Work Force
Management) (Nov 2010 – till date)
1) Scheduling for program based on Line requirement or Service Level
Requirement.
2) Capacity planning for the project’s assigned, detailed insight into capacity
planning of projects based on volume/FTE required.
3) Discuss scheduling needs and results with operations on weekly basis and take
inputs to insure employee satisfaction, at the same time keeping in mind the
project requirement.
4) Actively partner with management, identify and implement continuous
improvement.
5) Monitor, analyze data and trends and identify potential opportunities, needs,
issues and problems.
6) Define hiring plan for the new hires and initiating the process by raising Job
Requisition’s.
