frequency of occurrence of connexin 26 mutation in a polycentric study
across Greece

the Institute of Child Health in Athens (Petersen MB) and the Medical
Genetics Department in Antwerp, Belgium.
3. Network of excellence DIAGLOSSA.NET in the Research
Committee of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki for the study of
development of auditory perception & language in children with
learning disabilities
4. Research program sign2talk for the conversion of sign language of
the deaf into speech with the use of a pocket pc in order to facilitate
communication between normal hearing and deaf people

1. Running a weekly APD Clinic for children with auditory processing
disorder and

with auditory perception issues in noisy

2. Continuous renewal of website concerning psychoacoustic issues
from a clinical perspective and with data for the general population on
gaining knowledge on current approaches to speech perception.
3. Chief Editor of an online Psychoacoustics Newsletters intended to
provide awareness of scientists of related scientific fields.
