MAYFIELD RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AMENITY CENTER ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rules and Regulations Please read carefully and initial each item. Group or Individual renting facility is responsible for following all cleaning procedures outlined by the Mayfield Ranch Homeowners Association User Agreement. _____ Group or Individual is responsible to return all tables and chairs to original location. _____ No smoking anywhere in building or on the pool grounds. _____ No alcoholic beverages allowed anywhere on the HOA property. ________ No red colored drinks are allowed in the building including but not limited to children’s red juice boxes, red punch. _____ Any and all equipment (tables, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, vacuum, cleaning cart and cleaning supplies) used during rental of facility that is damaged or stolen will be the responsibility of the renter and cost to replace such item will be taken from renter’s deposit. _____ Decorations may be used but cannot be stapled, glued or taped on walls or ceilings. Only windows may be used to secure decorations in Community Center. _____ All trash and debris must be removed from the area as well as cleaning up of spills, decorations, and any other personal items brought into Community Center. _____ Group or Individual is responsible to bag and tie trash bags and place in trash receptacles located in the rear of the facility. _____ If kitchen is used, all appliances and countertops must be cleaned up. _____ All food, kitchenware, paper, decorations, coolers, grills, and other items brought in must be removed upon completion of event. ______ The $150.00 deposit payable to Mayfield Ranch Homeowners Association is required when the reservation is made. _____ The rental charge is due the day prior to the event. (An additional $25.00 charge will be applied for any returned checks). _____ Renter will be billed for any damages above the amount of the $150.00 deposit. Any and all privileges will be denied until balance is paid in full. ______
