PRODUCT DONATION AND SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM
GUIDELINES
This program selects Coleman donations from among those organizations championing:
 Conservation
 The Environment
 Outdoor Recreation
 Youth Programs that foster participation in the outdoors
Because of the volume of donation requests, only a portion of programs meeting
those guidelines can be selected.
Please note: Coleman supports Scouting programs through the national organization or
through specific programs located in areas in which our employees work and live.
Coleman offers special pricing to purchase equipment for individual scout troops on the
Non-Profit portion of www.coleman.com
The Coleman Donation and Sponsorship Program also focuses a portion of its resources
on select nonprofit partners in the communities in which the company has manufacturing
operations, sales offices or Coleman-owned retail outlet stores:
 Eligible are nonprofit partners that share our vision and purpose and improve the
quality of life for our employees and the community-at-large.
Selected public/private partnerships may be considered in cases where a governmental
unit is not seeking replacement of public support for projects that are chiefly within its
mandated responsibilities:
 Conservation
 The Environment
 Outdoor Recreation
 Youth programs that foster participation in the outdoors
Ineligible programs:
 Requests from individuals
 Requests from organizations that do not meet our stated guidelines
 General Fund Drives, such as United Way
 Funding for places of worship or for conducting religious services
 Political organizations for influencing elections

Endowments or reserve funds, debt retirement or operating deficits
Applications are reviewed monthly. Hundreds of organizations apply for donations each
month, and due to the extreme volume of applications, only a small percentage of
applications can be approved. Please do not call. To apply, please e-mail us at
donations@coleman.com. A denial of product or funds by the company is not a
judgment on the merits of those requests being declined. Donations in prior years do not
guarantee automatic approval.

If you are affiliated with a non-profit organization or scouting program, you may
purchase Coleman products at discount prices. To order through the Coleman NonProfit program, please go to http://www.coleman.com and type in NON PROFIT
GROUP in the Search function. Click on “Non Profit” and use the password, 90401.
