APPRENTICESHIP PLAN
CYPW EYMP LEVEL 3 DIPLOMA
What is an Apprenticeship Plan (AP)?
Your Apprenticeship Plan (AP) sets out what you are aiming to achieve while you are on a Modern
Apprenticeship. This includes at least one competence-based qualification, and Key Skills.
Who is responsible for completing and updating my AP?
During your first two weeks, you and a member of staff from your Training Organisation will fill in your AP
having first agreed the apprenticeship programme that is best for you. Your Training Organisation, your
assessor/tutor, your employer and you, all share responsibility for your success and also for agreeing any
changes and updates to your apprenticeship programme.
Your AP should be kept up to date, and should record all the things that you achieve whilst on your Modern
Apprenticeship.
