 nano-materials, including nanoparticles, carbon nanotubes, and metal based
nano-composites
 corrosion resistant coatings, such as aluminizing coatings and electrodeposited
Ni-Al/Cr nanocomposite coatings
 thermal stability, electrochemical corrosion and high temperature oxidation of the
designed materials above
