was published by The Bodley Head in 1931].

First edition of a limited offprint of an article by Stuart Palmer
entitled 'Some of My Best Friends'. The article originally
appeared in 'Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine' in June 1950 and
features illustrations by Stuart Palmer of characters from novels
as penguins. [Stuart Palmer was author of 'The Penguin Pool
Mystery', which was made in 1932 into the RKO Radio Pictures
film 'Penguin Pool Murder'].
