Then Ag nanoparticles were deposited on the surfaces of the Fe-doped films by electron beam irradiation technique to enhance the photo-catalytic activity. The results of photo-catalytic degradation of methyl orange indicate that Fe/TiO2 films are more efficient than TiO2 films under visible light but less efficient under UV light.
