AQUAREDPOT WORKSHOP
ON INNOVATIVE OUTDOOR FISH FARMING TECHNOLOGIES
INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
During the workshop, the participants will receive the abstract book of the
workshop containing the abstracts of the presented papers in English and Russian.
The full papers will be translated into three languages (English, Russian and
Hungarian) and published electronically after the workshop.
We kindly request all speakers to submit their abstracts and papers to Mr. Peter
Lengyel (lengyelp@haki.hu) by the following deadlines:


abstracts: 30 April 2014
papers: 21 May 2014
Formatting requirements of the submitted abstracts:
- Maximum 1 page
- WinWord (or compatible) word processor, style: Normal, font: Times New
Roman, font size: 10
- Page size: B5-JIS (182x257 mm); page layout: continuous
- Margins: left and right 3.3 cm, upper and lower 3.1 cm (no page numbering)
- Spacing: single
- After 1 return: title in bold font, centered. After 3 returns: name(s) of
author(s) in bold font, centered; after 1 return: affiliation, town and country
in italics, centered.
- After 2 returns:the title „Abstract” in bold font, centered
- After 1 return: body of the abstract with 0.3 cm first line indent, paragraph
alignment: justified.
- Scientific names and references in brackets are to be written in italics. The
use of eventual diacritical marks needs to be consequent throughout the text.
- In other formatting issues, the rules of orthography and international
conventions (e.g. SI, IUB, IUPAC, etc.) should be followed.

Authors are requested to provide 4-5 keywords.
Headings should be centered and written in bold.
The formatting of second, third, etc. order headings is up to the author, but
their use should be consistent throughout the paper.
Headings are followed by 1 return and the body of the text in 10-pt font size,
alignment: justified.
Figures and tables may be inserted in the text, but all objects containing text
should be also submitted separately in an editable format in order to allow
translation. Objects inserted into the text should be of a size allowing it to be
readable even after a 50% size reduction.
Scientific names, references put in brackets, references to figures and tables
in the text are to be highlighted in italics. The numbering of tables abd
figures should be in Roman and Arabic numerals, respectively. The use of
eventual diacritical marks needs to be consequent throughout the text.
Please, size the tables and figures taking into account the size of the page and
the margins.
In the References section, the names of authors and the publication year are
to be written in bold. The year is followed by a full stop. Examples of the
formatting:
Author(s), year of publication (a, b, c, etc., if necessary). Title of the paper.
Title of the periodical, volume, issue, page numbers.
Author(s), year of publication (a, b, c, etc., if necessary). Title of the paper.
In: : Initials, surname (ed/s/.): Title of book or monograph. Place of
publication, publisher, p. (pages)
Author(s), year of publication. Title of book or monograph. Publisher,
place of publication, pp. (number of pages)
