 11:00 a.m. – Parade – Sheridan Ave. (please note
the change in location. Road construction on
Main St. will not be finished until sometime in
October.)
 11:30 – BBQ lunch at 4-H building provided by the
alumni board
 1:30 – 2:30 – Alumni Program honoring the
graduating classes of 1958 and 1983 – Hoxie High
School Auditorium
 2:30 – 5:00 (come-&-go) - Alumni Registration and
Reception - Hoxie High School Library
Alumni Scholarship
Chandra Spillman was the recipient of the 2008 Alumni Scholarship. Chandra is the
daughter of Jeff and Kalena (Emig) Spillman, both graduates of the class of 1978.

The alumni board will be selling t-shirts during Homecoming weekend. A limited number of

Class Notes
David Patmon, a classmate of the class of 1957, now owns and operates David Patmon
Photoart. He creates landscape photo art, much of which is local and regional to his home
in Prescott Valley, Arizona and the "Four Corners" regions of the Southwestern United States.

Barbara Johnston (’62), recently completed her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with
an emphasis in Depth Psychology. She is currently a semi-retired independent scholar and
author living in Hastings, NE. She would love to hear from classmates and friends and hopes
to attend her class’ next function.
